This document sets out SOUNDWAVES RECORDING’S Internet privacy policy. Please review it carefully before accessing or using this web site. If you have any objections to our Internet privacy policy, you should not access or use this web site. Utilization of this web site constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy. You are encouraged to review our Internet privacy policy on a regular basis, as we reserve the right to modify the privacy policy at any time.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM WEB SITE VISITORS:
We do not intend to collect any “personal information” (“personal information” is defined as any information that can identify or be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains) on visitors to our web site, unless the visitor chooses to provide personal information. For example, a visitor to this web site will be asked for personal information if he or she chooses to open an account with us through our web site to place an order, or to take advantage of information services available on our web site. If information is provided by the visitor for these purposes, we will not release it to third parties, unless we believe in good faith that disclosure of personal information is necessary to comply with a judicial or administrative proceeding, court order or other lawful order.
Not withstanding the above, it is important to understand that most Internet browser software automatically sends anonymous information to visited web sites. This anonymous information includes, but is not limited to, the Internet domain name the visitor came from as well as which browser software version the visitor has. This information does not include any personal information. For marketing and other purposes, the owners of web sites sometimes use this anonymous information to quantify what web site features are popular and which are not popular. We reserve the right to use the anonymous information to engage in similar analysis of overall web site use. However, unless you choose to provide us with personal information, your visit to our web site is anonymous. Even if you are a previous customer who has chosen to give us personal information to open an account, we do not connect that information to statistical studies on web site usage.
COOKIE FILES:
Our web site uses a “shopping cart” system that allows customers the freedom to assemble their order before making a purchase and to explore various parts of our web site while assembling the shopping cart. A customer may even leave our web site and return during the same browser session without losing the list of items that have been placed in the shopping cart. To keep a customer’s shopping cart separate and accurate, our computer needs to connect each web site user with their shopping cart. To accomplish this, our “cookie” file system assigns a number to each customer and each shopping cart. Many web sites write the “cookie” file to your computer’s hard drive, however, the “cookie” file from our web site is deleted from your computer’s hard drive immediately upon closing your computer’s browser. The “cookie” file resides in your computer’s memory until you close your browser, at which time it disappears and is not written to your hard drive. If you have chosen to set your browser to reject all “cookie” files, our web site will function normally for information and searching uses. However, you will not be able to use our online “shopping cart.”
USE OF INFORMATION:
Many web sites are supported to a large degree by advertising revenue. Currently, our web site is not supported by advertising revenue. It exists simply to provide our customers with a convenient way to view and order our products. If in the future our web site is supported by advertising revenue, no personal information will be disclosed to advertisers.
SECURITY MEASURES:
1. Customer Online Accounts:
We keep this information secure by limiting access to our customers who have been issued valid ID and password. Customers should keep their ID and password in a secure location to protect the privacy of their account information. This applies to any future security measures, logon methods and passwords issued by us to our customers.
2. Credit Card Information:
If you choose to order products through our web site, you must pay for your order via credit card. Any information pertaining to your credit card is transmitted to us via secure encryption technology. In order to further customer security, credit card numbers must be re-entered by the customer with each new order made through our web site.

If after reviewing this privacy policy you do not wish to use the Internet to place an order, you may place a product order via telephone or facsimile using the following numbers:
